About Carolyn
Music has always been a way to connect, express, and reach people in meaningful ways. As a board-certified music therapist with over 11 years of experience, I’ve worked across hospice, inpatient mental health, and community settings, using evidence-based music therapy to support emotional well-being, cognitive function, and meaningful engagement.
By blending music with movement, I create programs that improve mood, increase participation, support balance and coordination, and build confidence—helping individuals feel more connected both within their environment and out in the community.
What drives my work is seeing the growth that happens over time—the moment someone becomes more engaged, more confident, or more willing to participate. That progress, no matter how small, is what makes this work so meaningful and continues to inspire me every day.
Carolyn Quinn, MT-BC
